NTD offers you Vet Fee-Help funded courses provided by Australia’s leading Colleges. These courses are TAFE equivalent and higher and come with the added benefit of much greater flexibility. Vet Fee-Help funded courses let you choose from dozens of exciting diplomas and advanced diplomas with all upfront tuition costs fully funded by the Australian Government. It lets you study now and pay later!

  • No upfront tuition costs for eligible applicants on any Vet Fee-Help approved course
  • The Australian Government will loan any eligible student up to $85,000 to cover tuition costs on approved courses
  • You graduate without having to pay any fees. Repayments only start when you earn over $47,000 pa
  • Diploma level courses can be completed in as little as six months with strong pathways to employment
  • Small classes with self-paced study and close trainer support to ensure you succeed
  • Any Australian citizen or holder of a Humanitarian visa can apply
  • You may also qualify for Education Entry Assistance from Centrelink to assist in paying for text books etc.

  • Generally to qualify, your must meet the following criteria:

    Any Australian citizen or holder of a Humanitarian visa can apply. To apply contact 1300 043 623 or visit our eligibility page.

      • Be an Aust citizen, permanent resident or NZ citizen who has been in Aust for 6 months plus
      • Be employed on a permanent basis either full-time or part-time (minimum 15 hours per week)
      • To enrol in a Diploma, staff cannot have a prior diploma or degree.
      • To enrol in a Certificate IV, staff cannot have a prior diploma or degree and cannot have completed a Certifi cate III or IV in the last 7 years. Some conditions apply.
  • Where are the courses offered

    Courses are available through NTD’s education partners in south-east Queensland on-campus, as well as interstate in certain courses, as well as by distance education for certain diplomas. Contact us on 1300 043 623 for more information.

  • How do I know if I am eligible?
